MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Breast cancer incidence and other displeasing benign breast alteration tend to increase in Asian countries. Public awareness of the potential benefits of early detection of breast cancer has increased in recent years, more women seek the advice of physician after detecting breast mass. Therefore the formation of ABDA is an important development for women in Asia as this will improve the detection, diagnosis and management of patients with diseases of the breast. It is also the aim of ABDA formation to bring together workers from various disciplines in this field to exchange their knowledge and expertise. Herewith I invite all individuals with proven interest in breast diseases to join in ABDA.
